Help for Users Trying to Get to Their Visa eReward Card
Try the troubleshooting steps below if the Claim button is not redirecting to the Visa site:
- Confirm that the browser is up to date (use Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Clear browser cache and/or cookies
- Use an incognito window
- Turn off pop-up blockers
- Connect directly to the internet (not through a VPN)
- Access from home instead of at work to avoid a firewall blocker

General Tips
Redemption is subject to Merchant Payment Terms at the sole discretion of individual stores and sites.
- In-store: Manually copy/paste the card information into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Online: Select "Credit", NOT "Gift Cards". Not usable in combination with other payment methods.

Additional Reminders
- Visa eRewards are valid for use in the USA only. As such, if the cardholder tries to redeem from a location outside the USA, the Visa redemption site will detect the user’s location and prevent access (including users accessing behind a VPN)
- If a card expiration date is presented, funds must be spent before that date
- Gift card rewards are equivalent to cash and should be protected as such
